Terms of Service
Last updated June 4, 2026. These terms apply to your use of Project Meridian.
Use of the Service
Project Meridian is a QC Design application for working with quantum error correction circuit optimization runs and related resources. You may use the service only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not interfere with the service or other users.
Accounts and Access
You are responsible for the activity that occurs through your account and credentials. Access to Project Meridian is limited to authorized QC Design users.
Your Content
You remain responsible for the code, circuit data, documents, subscriber emails, and other content you submit. By submitting content, you allow QC Design to store, process, display, and transmit it as needed to operate Project Meridian.
Restrictions
You may not attempt to bypass access controls, misuse API keys, disrupt runners or infrastructure, upload malicious content, reverse engineer the service except where allowed by law, or use the service to violate another person's rights.
Availability and Results
Project Meridian is provided as-is. QC Design does not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that optimization outputs will be suitable for a particular purpose without independent review.
Changes
QC Design may update the service or these terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify users. Continued use of Project Meridian after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
