Privacy Policy

Information We Collect

When you sign in with Google, we receive basic profile information from Google, such as your name, email address, and account identifier. When you sign in by email code, we collect the email address needed to send and verify that code.

When you use the application, we store the data needed to provide the service, such as runs, circuit data, uploaded resources, subscriber email addresses you enter, API keys, runner records, and related operational metadata.

How We Use Information

We use your information to authenticate you, decide whether your account is authorized to access Project Meridian, show resources you are allowed to view, send requested sign-in and run notification emails, operate the service, debug issues, and prevent misuse.

Project Meridian does not request access to your Gmail, Google Drive, Calendar, contacts, or other Google account content. Google sign-in is used only for identity.

Analytics and Logs

We use privacy-focused analytics and standard service logs to understand basic usage, reliability, and security. We do not use this information for advertising.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share information only with service providers needed to run Project Meridian, such as hosting, authentication, database, and email delivery providers, or when required by law.

Retention

We keep account and application data for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain security, comply with obligations, and preserve project records. We delete or de-identify data when it is no longer needed.
